Located in the middle of San Francisco Bay, Yerba Buena Island is a new community, developed by Wilson Meany and Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, currently under construction, and a one of a kind landmark with unparalleled views of downtown San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge and the hills of Marin and Berkeley. Yerba Buena Island offers 266 residences designed to blend with the unique topography of the island. Each offering showcases distinct design while maintaining an overarching architectural vision. Hart Howerton is the Design Architect and Design Landscape Architect of the three residential parcels on the island, including the Midrise/Podium Building, Townhouse Residences, and the boutique Flats.

The team includes BDE Architecture as Executive Architect and Cliff Lowe Associates as the Landscape Architect of Record. The interiors of the Townhomes/Flats are by Meyer Davis and the Midrise/Podium Building are by Edmonds + Lee. Aidlin Darling is the Design Architect of the Amenity Building. CMG Landscape Architecture & Hood Design Studio are the landscape architects for the public parks and open space.
