Hollywood Park
Inglewood, California
Called “revolutionary Urban design” by the LA Times, we are the urban designers for the project and architects for the Phase 1 residential neighborhood. We are currently working with the Hollywood Park Land Company on the infill development of the 298-acre former Hollywood Park Racetrack three miles east of LAX. The largest development parcel in the greater LA area, the development envisions a world-class sports and entertainment district and mixed-use urban neighborhood and locates a new 80,000 seat stadium to be the future home of the Los Angeles Rams and 6,000 seat performance venue as part of a complete neighborhood that includes retail and entertainment uses; office; a new casino; hotels; residences; 25 acres of public parks and open space, and community facilities. The community will include a range of housing types, allowing for market and sales flexibility. An innovative central lake and park serves as the signature feature that brings all the contemplated uses together.
