Hollywood Park’s second apartment building opens near SoFi Stadium

 The Crosby features 213 apartments

More housing has come online at the massive Hollywood Park complex now taking shape around SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

In May 2023, construction was completed for The Wesley at 3988 E. Hardy Street, which features 101 apartments a short walk from the home of the NFL’s Rams and Chargers. Eight months later, work is now complete for The Crosby, a larger 213-unit complex located next door at 3998 E. Hardy Street.

“Building on the success of The Wesley, our first residential building, we’re excited to offer a sister property that complements and enhances the overall community that continues to take shape at Hollywood Park,” said Kroenke Holdings president Otto Maly in a news release. “With access to public parks, a weekly farmers’ market, world-class live entertainment, and local family business retailers, it’s a destination like no other in Los Angeles, and we look forward to welcoming our new residents.”

The apartments come in a blend of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with amenities including a clubroom, a rooftop deck, a pool, a fitness center, and a screening room. A leasing website indicates that rents start at $3,311 per month and range as high as $6,700 per month.

As with The Wesley, Hart Howerton and TCA Architects led the architecture team for the building which has a white stucco exterior. Kenneth Brown served as interior designer.
