“It has been an honor to reimagine this iconic site alongside our amazing team,” said CEO and co-founder, Ben Cowan-Dewar. “We drew inspiration from the property’s rich history and natural beauty to create a destination that will bring people together through incredible golf experiences, outdoor adventures and a strong sense of community.” 

Kyle Franz designed the 18-hole Karoo course and co-designed the 18-hole Roost layout with Mike Nuzzo, a collaboration that also saw greens shaped by Rod Whitman and consultancy from Golf Magazine’s architecture editor Ran Morrissett. Nuzzo also designed the Squeeze and the Wedge, both short layouts.
