The successful candidate will have a professional undergraduate or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Licensure is a strong plus.
This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for use in an interactive design team environment. An ability to work at a variety of project scales, from concept to detailed drawings, is fundamental. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Revit and be proficient with hand drawing and writing skills. Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and In-Design are required, as well as work experience applying these skills in an office setting. Additionally, successful candidates will have experience managing and coordinating the work of a consultant team; an interest in a wide range of building types and settings; and an understanding of all phases of a project, from conceptual design through construction. This position is currently available in our San Francisco office. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team. The individual will be managing, designing, and building mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.
The Project Manager will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing strategic planning and creative design for clients requiring the firm’s unique perspective for their challenging projects. Responsible for managing the production of designs, presentations, and working drawings while coordinating necessary personnel and firm resources. Maintain relationships with clients, organize a work flow, structure proposals and fees and lead a team. Personal and professional growth of our team is integral to our success.
