to control and coordinate the end results.
Communities – We draw up guidelines and pattern books for architectural and landscape design that will express and reinforce the common values of the people who will be living and working there.
Stewardship – We establish development standards for land and infrastructure that will add up, project-by-project, to responsible stewardship of land and sustainable environmental quality.
